Davis's unique background is precisely what allows him to provide such a powerful combination of results for his clients. He began his financial consulting career in 1996. While acquiring experience in financial services over the years, his specialty became family and business wealth maintenance.

In 1999, Joe established his own independently owned and operated financial services firm in Tampa, Florida, Harbour Financial Group. This firm is centered on helping businesses manage the cost of their wealth management and developing safe, innovative financial strategies for the business owner that build wealth so those individuals and their families not only have security but also complete freedom to live their chosen lifestyle.

As a fee-based investment advisor and retirement counselor, Joe has the advantage of not representing big investment companies, but rather honestly representing his entrepreneurial clients without any bias to a particular strategy or product.

Specifically, Joe supports business owners and practice leaders in the Tampa Bay area who have already begun the process of wealth accumulation.

Besides authoring many informational reports, Joe has taught investment and retirement workshops throughout Tampa Bay to many teaching them in a plain and simple language that anybody can understand how to increase their investment income, greatly reduce taxes, and invest using advanced multiple asset class strategies used by the Harvard Endowment.

As much as he enjoys the technical aspects of what he does, his passion lies in sharing his knowledge and helping people invest better, smarter, and plan for a fulfilling retirement.

Joey's professional credentials include: Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF), designation awarded by the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. He is currently working on the designation of CRC-Certified Retirement Counselor. He is fully licensed in Florida for Medicare, Health, Life, Annuity, Long Term Care and Disability insurance products. He also holds the Series 65 license and is a fee-based investment adviser for Royal Fund Management, LLC
